The BeautyMatter Next Summit: The Future of Beauty will be held in downtown Los Angeles, CA on October 24, 2024.
Upon Arrival
Upon arrival, you will be greeted by Summit staff and directed to registration. You can check in using your first name, last name and email address provided when reserving your spot. Only ticketed guests will be able to attend the Summit.
The Venue
City Market Social House is located at 1145 San Pedro St, Los Angeles, CA 90015.
Please note, the venue is ADA compliant. If you need special assistance on the day of the event, please notify one of the event hosts at the venue entrance.
Transportation Options
The venue is easily accessible by car or air. Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) is approximately 35-minutes away from the venue, depending on traffic conditions. Burbank Airport (BUR) is also approximately 35-minutes away from the venue, depending on traffic conditions.
Please note, alcohol will be served during the networking and cocktail reception. Don’t drink and drive!

Hotel
Summit registration will begin at 8:00am and the cocktail and networking reception will go until 6:30pm on the day of the event. If you’re traveling from out of town or would like the option of staying nearby the event, BeautyMatter recommends The Hoxton Hotel in downtown Los Angeles.
The Hoxton Hotel is located at 1060 S Broadway, Los Angeles, CA 90015 and is approximately a 12-minute walk from the venue or a 5-minute drive.
Food at the Venue
A variety of food and beverages will be provided during the Summit. While we’ve made efforts to provide a variety of options, unfortunately, we aren’t able to accommodate every dietary preference / requirement.

The BeautyMatter Visionaries Dinner
An intimate evening limited to a select guest list of brands, investors, and leaders curated by the BeautyMatter team, The Visionaries Dinner is a time for one-on-one conversation and thoughtful introductions on the evening prior to the day of the event. It will feature a lively cocktail hour and seated dinner to create a memorable evening filled with culinary experiences and excellent conversation.

The NEXT Summit Grant Program
BeautyMatter is proud to make The BeautyMatter NEXT Summit accessible to future leaders in the beauty industry.
About the Program
BeautyMatter launched the NEXT Summit to bring together the thinkers, makers and doers in our community whose work raises the bar and defines the future of beauty. How can we create an event focused on the future of the beauty industry when the event might be out of reach to the future of the beauty industry? The NEXT Summit Grant Program is designed to address this inequity and ensure programming is accessible to the next generation of beauty industry leaders.
What the Grant Includes
The Next Summit Grant will be made available to a select number of applicants and will include:
- 1 ticket to attend the BeautyMatter NEXTSummit in Los Angeles, CA on October 24, 2024 (value $1,499+)
- 2 hotel nights (October 23th and October 24th, 2024) at BeautyMatter’s preferred hotel partner in Los Angeles, CA (estimated value $600)
- $200 travel stipend to help cover the cost of fuel, food, flights, etc. (paid immediately after the event)
- 1-year Premium Membership to the BeautyMatter platform (value $290)
- 12-month Virtual Mentorship Program

Upon arrival, you will be greeted by Summit staff and directed to registration. Please be prepared with your ticket QR code for a speedy check-in. You can also check in using your first name, last name and email address provided when reserving your spot. Only ticketed guests will be able to attend the Summit.
The Venue
Hudson Loft is located at 1200 S Hope St, Los Angeles, CA 90015. The Summit will be held on the second floor and is accessible by elevator or stairs.

Food Options at the Summit
A variety of food and beverages will be provided during the Summit. When you purchase your ticket, you will have the opportunity to select from several lunch choices. While we’ve made efforts to provide a variety of options, unfortunately, we aren’t able to accommodate every dietary preference / requirement.
COVID and Cleanliness
At the moment, masks will be optional and well-respected if you chose to wear one at the Summit. Hand sanitizing stations will be provided throughout the venue. COVID policies are subject to change as new guidance is received from the CDC and federal and state governments. BeautyMatter will follow all local regulations in place at the time of the Summit.
Who Should Attend?
The BeautyMatter Next Summit brings together C-level executives, Founders, VPs and Directors from across the beauty ecosystem – including brands (large and small), retailers, suppliers, service providers, tech platforms and investors – for a day of thought-provoking conversations and networking with some of the most sought-after thinkers in beauty and beyond. Any senior leader involved in the business of beauty is encouraged to attend.
Filming, Photo + Privacy Policy
Some or all of The BeautyMatter NEXT Summit will be photographed, filmed and/or recorded and may be used for editorial and marketing purposes by Beauty Matter Media, Inc. and its partners and affiliates. As a condition of attending, you will be asked to agree to being a part of any content created at the Summit, including any photographs, filming and/or recording. You will also be asked to agree to the event terms and conditions.
